End of Year 2019 Schedule: October/November/December

All are 8-class series with Graham unless otherwise noted. 2020 schedule will be posted here.

Graham exudes warmth and compassion, and she teaches from the heart.  Her studio is always filled with a wonderful positive energy.   She has amazing intuition and seems to know instinctively just how much to test my boundaries to keep me growing in the practice of yoga.

The last class of the current series is this week, September 30th-October 4th. All classes will be Restorative. Schedule is same as below except currently there is NOT a Pranayama class(this will start on October 22nd) and the Tuesday Beginner class starts at 5 pm this week October 1st. Starting October 8th it will begin at 5:15pm. Heather has 2 more Restorative classes, September 29th and October 6th from 3-5 pm. Please contact graham@iyengarraleigh.com if you are interested in dropping into any of these classes this week.

  • 3 special 2 hour classes at the end of the year. If you sign up for all 3 the cost is

    $90, if you sign up for one the cost is $40. If you sign up for the 6 Intro classes and the 3 Restorative

    classes the cost is $149

You must purge yourself before finding faults in others. When you see a mistake in somebody else, try to find if you are making the same mistake. This is the way to take judgment and to turn it into improvement. Do not look at others' bodies with envy or with superiority. All people are born with different constitutions.
