May/June 2017

All are 8-class series with Graham unless otherwise noted. Click here to see next series June/July/August schedule.

Graham exudes warmth and compassion, and she teaches from the heart.  Her studio is always filled with a wonderful positive energy.   She has amazing intuition and seems to know instinctively just how much to test my boundaries to keep me growing in the practice of yoga.

  • This class is taught by GRAHAM and is a 12 class series. Please consider the SLOWER PACED intro to Iyengar Yoga on Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15 or the Gentle Class on Mondays from 12-1 pm.

You must purge yourself before finding faults in others. When you see a mistake in somebody else, try to find if you are making the same mistake. This is the way to take judgment and to turn it into improvement. Do not look at others' bodies with envy or with superiority. All people are born with different constitutions. Never compare with others. Each one's capacities are a function of his or her internal strength. Know your capacities and continually improve upon them. – B.K.S. Iyengar, Light on Life
